Our respective client is looking for a skilled Single Engineer that is willing to work temporally in Iceland for 4 months on a ferry in north of Iceland. He will be in town called Dalvik and will be based on board the ferry, where he has access to food and lodging for free. Salaries as per Icelandic union.

Requirements:
Certificate of Competency STCW Regulation III/2 – Chief Engineer
Basic Safety Training – STCW VI/1
Crowd and Crisis Management STCW A-V/2
Valid Passport
Medical Certificate
Good English skills

Conditions:
Salary: 330 eur per day / 34 eur per overtime hour, average 60 – 70 hours per month in the summer season
Contract duration: 4 months
Joining: Beg Of May
