Founded in 1992, Marine Agency Univis Ltd. has been managed by the Director Helen B. Bespalova and the Managing Director Vladislav N. Surkov.

Over the past two decades Univis has become one of the leading crewing agencies in Ukraine.

Our data base counts up more than 25000 officers and ratings for the different types of vessels including Heavy Lifts, Oil Tankers (up to Suezmax and VLCC), LPG, Bulk Carriers (up to Cape Size and more), Container Ships (up to13100 TEU), DryCargo, Project Cargo, Ro-Ro.

Our team's experience, database of competent Seafarers, crewing managers' specialization in accordance with the types of vessels and existence of specialized departments such as Flag State & Visa; Registration; Evaluation & Familiarization and Training; Marlin Enlish Courses ensures highly efficient and reliable work of the Agency.
The Agency is equiped with modern software such as "Univis Crewing" that enables to plan and implement timely crew changes and other positions for more than 235 vessels belonging to our Clients.
A well organized network of Subcontractors consisting of crewing agencies located in the main ports of Ukraine, Russia, Georgia and Baltic Countries is a significant asset that allows us to provide the required position in time, especially during the intense summer period.
