A focused API for maritime employers that need to publish and maintain vacancies from their own systems without repeating the same work in multiple tools.
The complete reference and token management are available in the company dashboard.
A typical vacancy workflow
Designed for real integrations
Use stable IDs and structured responses to connect an ATS, an internal crewing system, or your own automation to SeaJobs.
Create, retrieve, update, filter, archive, and delete your company vacancies. Assign the responsible company user and upload a vessel photo when needed.
Load ranks, vessel types, engine types, countries, and vacancy options before sending data, so integrations use valid SeaJobs identifiers.
Retrieve active company users and attribute each new vacancy to the appropriate recruiter instead of a single integration account.
Premium companies can list applicants to their vacancies, open a full profile, download a CV in PDF or DOCX, and unlink an application from a vacancy.
How access works
A company administrator creates a dedicated Bearer token in the API section of the company dashboard.
Load reference IDs and company users, then match them to the fields in your recruitment system.
Send versioned requests, store returned IDs, and handle validation and rate-limit responses in your integration.
Available to authenticated company integrations. A Premium subscription is not required for these endpoints.
Applicant lists, full profiles, CV downloads, and unlinking applications are available to companies with an active Premium subscription.
Limits are counted separately for each authenticated user. Responses expose standard rate-limit headers to help your integration schedule retries.
