Our respective client is looking for experienced and motivated Marine Safety Officer to join Offshore fleet in ARAMCO area.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience onboard offshore vessels or onshore as Marine Safety Officer.
Candidates with Previous Aramco approval and Aramco Marlins reviewed on priority;
Valid STCW documents;
Be suitably experienced in offshore vessel operation and hold Foreign Going COC of grade II/2 or III/2;
Fluent in both written and spoken English;
Hold an HSE Certificate of a similar standard to the NEBOSH General certificate in Occupational Health and Safety;
Conduct Safety Inspections on our vessels which will be under ARAMCO charter;
Work with vessel captains, ensuring knowledge of Marine Procedures and Compliance;
Provide HSE training to the contractor workforce, both onshore and offshore;
Provide Safety Presentations as necessary;
Producing documents for the sharing of Safety Information, e.g. Safety Flyers;
Work closely with Charterer, Marine Department Quality Assurance and Compliance Unit (QA & CU) to identify and take remedial action in areas where safety can be improved;
Conduct Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis as required and participate in accident / incident investigations.

Salary: Negotiable
Contract Length: 3-4 ON / 1-2 OFF or Negotiable

MASTER
Day rate USD: 1000$ per day while onboard.
Rotation: 45 days on/off
Requirements:

2 years as MASTER on Self Propelled Jack up barges (mandatory 730 days onboard experience);
Position relevant certification

Chief Engineer
Day rate USD: 650$ per day while onboard.
Rotation: 45 days on/off
Requirements:

2 years as CE on Self Propelled Jack up barges (mandatory 730 days onboard experience);
Position relevant certification

ETO
Day rate USD: 300$ per day while onboard.
Rotation: 2 months on/off
Requirements:

1 year as ETO on Self Propelled Jack up barges (mandatory 365 days onboard experience);
Position relevant certification

2nd Engineer
Day rate USD: 250$ per day while onboard.
Rotation: 2 months on/off

I have container vessel's experience in the rank of Chief Mate and Master on different size of the ships commencing from GRT 11000 till 65000 MT.
Under my command, no any vessel ever had deficiency from various third parties including inspecting organizations such as : PSC as per USCG, Paris MoU, Tokyo MoU, Black Sea MoU.
