Older post I have been working for 10 years as cook at sea on different types of ships : passengers, tanker, bulk carriers. I worked in mixed crews, it were Indian, Pilipino, Greek and Pole people. I am familiar with their kitchens, at some ships I prepared food separately for some crew members. At the passenger ships I worked at all types of kitchens : hot, cold, baking department. I’m quick and easy adapt to ships conditions and endure long contracts, check provision and create requisitions. My English knowledge is below intermediate level, but it is quite enough for proper job performing and communication among the crew. For the moment I have great need in job, so I would appreciate and consider any preposition from your side.
