Thus mentioned, I’m a holder of Marine Master Diploma, graduated in Admiral Makarov Marine Fleet University in 1994.Having and passed all necessary STCW & special courses as Bridge Team,Ship’s Handlings with large vsls, etc. For the last 20 years I have been working as a Master with companies like Kg-Progex, RHL, PD,MSC on CONT, MPP Carriers, equipped with ECDIS, APRA, VDR, got a lot of WW Safely navigation experience such as: Kiel, Panama, Singapore & so on. USA & Schengen visas are valid till 2017 As the Captain I'm skilled in Safely Securely Sea practice & Rules, mixed crew managing, foreign Flags sailing, English, Computer hard/software applications well-known & much more. Acts as lawful representative of the owner

• Ensure the successful and efficient prosecution of the voyage.

• Is overall responsible for the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Security to all on board.

• Is overall responsible for the safe navigation, seaworthiness, stability, cargo handling  and maintenance of the ship.

• Ensure a high standard of leadership, communication and discipline on board.

• Ensures proper administration and documentation.

• Provide necessary medical attention to all on board.

• Takes charge of a navigation watch.

• Ensures compliance with the law, company policies and procedures, regulations and instructions.

• Maintains and controls ISM/SMS, MARPOL, MLC and other legislation to make sure the vessel is in compliance with all legislation at all times.
